Burt Sheppard

Burt Sheppard has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Lease Operator at Birch Resources since September 2021. Prior to this role, Burt held significant positions including Assistant Foreman at Apache Corporation from March 2006 to April 2020, and Lease Operator at Aethon Energy from April 2003 to March 2006. Additional experience includes working as a Measurement Technician at Navajo Gathering System between January 1998 and April 2003, as well as various roles at Cosden Pipeline and Cosden Refinery. Burt's career began as a Floorhand/Derrick at Forsan Oil Well Service in June 1977. Educational qualifications include attendance at Big Spring High School and training from Trinity Engineering Testing Corporation.
