Joshua Hargrove

Joshua Hargrove possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as an Assistant Production Foreman and Artificial Lift Technician at Birch Resources since April 2018. Previously, Joshua held roles as a Lead Operator and Lease Operator at Breitburn Energy from March 2015 to April 2018, and as a Lease Operator at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP from April 2014 to March 2015, focusing on the maintenance and operation of wells, pumping units, and tank batteries for crude oil and natural gas production. Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as a Mechanic for the City of Odessa, Texas from October 2013 to April 2014. Joshua holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, one from the University of the Southwest (2007-2010) and another from The University of Texas Permian Basin (2010-2016).
