Stefanie Sternberg

Stefanie Sternberg is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Upper School Learning & Student Support Specialist at The Birch Wathen Lenox School and as an Educational & Executive Functioning Coach at PALS Support Services. With a strong background in school counseling and educational support, previous roles include School Counselor at Aaron School, Education & Employment Service Specialist at The New York Foundling, and internships at South Woods Middle School and West Hollow Middle School. A Master of Science in Education with a focus on School Counseling was obtained from Hunter College, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Studies from SUNY Oneonta. Throughout the career, Stefanie has demonstrated expertise in facilitating personalized coaching, managing large caseloads, developing goal-oriented action plans, and fostering professional relationships to enhance the academic and personal development of clients.
