Andrew Fulford

Andrew Fulford is a seasoned professional in surface land management with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Surface Land Manager at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. since September 2012, Andrew leads the Surface Land Team, focusing on capital projects, land acquisition, stakeholder, and Indigenous relations and consultation. Previously, Andrew held the position of Group Lead, Surface Land at Encana Corporation from October 2003 to October 2012, managing the Clearwater South Surface Land Team. Andrew began a career in land management as a Senior Landman at PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. from April 1999 to October 2002, and earlier served as Manager of Surface Land at Scott Land & Lease Ltd. from January 1993 to April 1999. Educationally, Andrew holds a Diploma from the Land Agent Program at Olds College, completed between 1984 and 1986.
