Noel Olivas

Noel Olivas is a seasoned surface land manager with extensive experience negotiating surface use agreements and right of ways for oil and gas companies in Texas and New Mexico. In addition to their work in the energy industry, Noel is also the owner, vocalist, frontman, and songwriter of the Noel Olivas Band, a country music group Noel has been actively involved in since high school. With a background in business administration from Texas Tech University, Noel has also owned and operated MMK Land Services and MMK Construction LLC, specializing in oil field construction. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Noel served as a supervisor in right of way and permitting at COG Operating LLC and as an operations landman at Oxy Permian Ltd.
