Dr. Nathan Thakur

Dr. Nathan Thakur has extensive work experience in various healthcare settings. Dr. Nathan is currently working as a Regenerative Medicine Physician at REGENERATIVE MD, where they provide innovative treatments for joint arthritis and chronic tendon problems. Dr. Nathan also serves as the Corporate Medical Director at Birchcliff Energy Ltd., overseeing medical affairs. Additionally, Dr. Thakur is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary and a Faculty Member at the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics. Dr. Nathan has previously worked as a Strategic Advisor at Fresh Prep and as a Medical Director and Attending Physician at Copeman Healthcare, where they provided comprehensive care for patients and drove medical innovation. Dr. Thakur also has experience as an Executive Health Physician at the Cleveland Clinic and as a Physician at Alberta Health Services, where they worked in various clinical settings. Dr. Nathan began their medical career as a Resident Physician at McGill University Health Centre, specializing in Family Medicine with a focus on Emergency Medicine and Humanitarian Aid. Dr. Thakur also gained leadership experience as a Medical Leadership Intern at the Canadian Medical Association, where they underwent extensive leadership development and completed various projects.

Dr. Nathan Thakur began their education in 2002 at the University of Saskatchewan, where they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine. Dr. Nathan completed their studies in 2009. Following this, they attended McGill University from 2009 to 2012, specializing in Family Medicine - CFPC.

Dr. Thakur obtained additional certifications in May 2012, including the CCFP from The College of Family Physicians of Canada and Licenciate of the Medical Council of Canada from the Medical Council of Canada.
