Scott Cedergren

Scott Cedergren is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate governance and securities law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Birchcliff Energy Ltd. since September 2018, Scott has previously held roles including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Scott was the Assistant Corporate Secretary at Canadian Pacific Railway, where responsibilities included advising on corporate and securities legal matters. Scott began a legal career at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP as a Lawyer focused on Securities and Capital Markets, following an earlier role as a Technician at Cantest Solutions Inc. Scott holds an LLB from the University of Manitoba and a B.Sc in Biology from the University of Saskatchewan.
