Isabelle Evans

Isabelle Evans currently serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at Lumen Technologies since February 2023, having previously held multiple positions at the City of Aurora from June 2015 to February 2023, including Litigation Manager and Assistant City Attorney for both Civil Litigation and Criminal Prosecution. Isabelle began legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge A. Bruce Jones at the Denver District Court from January 2014 to June 2015. Additional experience includes coaching Speech and Debate at Fairview High School from August 2007 to July 2013, interning at the Denver District Attorney's Office in the Family Violence Unit in June 2012, and serving as an intern in the Neighborhood Relations and Boards and Commissions at the Denver Mayor's Office from June 2008 to August 2009. Isabelle holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Colorado, earned between 2010 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2010.
