James Zandueta

James Zandueta has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. James currently holds the position of Director of Global Learning and Development at BirchStreet Systems, a role they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ServiceTitan as a Growth Products Consultant from March 2021 to October 2022. At ServiceTitan, they collaborated with clients using the Pro Products solution to enhance revenue opportunities and improve customer communication.

Before joining ServiceTitan, James held multiple positions at BirchStreet Systems. From July 2016 to July 2019, they served as the Head of Global Training, overseeing training content development and managing a team of 20 training specialists. From December 2013 to October 2015, they worked as a Senior Software Training Specialist, creating comprehensive training modules for clients and facilitating their understanding of the BirchStreet software.

Earlier in their career, James worked at Verizon as a Technical Analyst, resolving complex technical issues and analyzing consumer account information from January 2013 to December 2013. James also gained experience as an Operations Leader at UCI Student Center & Event Services, where they led and managed event setup and changeover crews and ensured successful client events from May 2010 to July 2012.

James Zandueta completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology Law and Society from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Approver Training from BirchStreet Systems in June 2023.
