Scott Wentzell

Scott Wentzell, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Trinity Life Sciences, where leadership of a global L&D team of over 1300 employees focuses on enhancing technical and people skills. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Training Manager at endpoint Clinical, implementing training solutions for compliance and performance across multiple locations, and Training Manager at Cengage, where Scott facilitated training for the Global Product Management team. Earlier positions at East Boston Savings Bank included leading education initiatives and curriculum innovation to boost employee performance, while tenure at Eastern Bank involved promoting exceptional customer service and enforcing performance standards. Scott also ran a custom hat design business and held various roles in parks and recreation supervision and youth leadership. Scott holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Fine/Studio Arts from Salem State University.
