Kimberly Crawford

Kimberly Crawford is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources, EHS & L&D at Birchwood Foods since May 2020, following a role as Corporate Director HR & Safety. Prior to this, Kimberly held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Siena Catholic Schools of Racine from November 2018 to January 2020, where key responsibilities included compliance, recruitment, and performance management. Kimberly's background also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Technology Solutions, Director of Human Resources at Olsun Electrics, and various roles at Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Village of Fox Lake, as well as early experience in event management and human resources. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Illinois Chicago and Carthage College.
