Simone Cadeddu

Simone Cadeddu is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in regulatory and administrative law. Since July 2008, Simone has served as a Partner at Bird & Bird, leading the Regulatory & Administrative (Public) department and advising European and US clients on a range of administrative regulation, compliance, and competition issues across various sectors, including infrastructure management, aviation, energy, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, Simone was a Partner at Libertini & Associati from October 1999 to June 2008, focusing on administrative law and antitrust in regulated sectors such as telecommunications and aviation. Simone holds an LLM in Antitrust Law and Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Ph.D. in Administrative Law from Sapienza Università di Roma, where also obtained a JD in administrative law.
