Alicia Alvaro

Alicia Alvaro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2017, they worked as a Cashier at Tim Hortons. From 2016 to 2020, they were employed at Cineplex, starting as a Cast Member and progressing to Team Leader and eventually Guest Services Coordinator. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Maintenance Worker at Société de transport de Montréal. Later that year, they joined Amazon as a Warehouse Associate. In 2021, Alicia joined Société de transport de Montréal again as a Maintenance Worker. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at lululemon, first as an Educator and then as a Key Leader. Most recently, in 2023, Alicia started working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bird Construction.

Alicia Alvaro began their education journey at Dawson College from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a DEC in Law, Society, and Justice. Then, they continued their studies at McGill University from 2018 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, Alicia pursued further education at McGill University, completing a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services between 2021 and 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Alicia has obtained certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid from the Canadian Red Cross in January 2023 and Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in March 2019.
