Dominic Jolicoeur

Dominic Jolicoeur is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in heavy civil infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Vice President Heavy Civil at Bird Construction since April 2022, Dominic has previously held significant roles at EBC Inc. as Vice President Operations and Regional Director, overseeing numerous projects including the Fairbank Silverthorn Sewer Tunnel and the Kingston Portsmouth Pumping Station. With a comprehensive career starting in 2001 at Kiewit, Dominic has progressed through various positions, showcasing expertise in project management and construction management across diverse sectors including hydroelectric, mining, and transit systems. Dominic holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and McGill University, both obtained between 1996 and 2000.
