Bobby Brown

Bobby Brown serves as the Global Vice President of Customer Experience at Bird since June 2020, where responsibilities expanded to include leadership of Telco Operations, Routing, and Carrier Services. Previously, Bobby held roles including Global Head of Customer Success at Twilio Inc. and Vice President of Customer Success at RiskSense, overseeing various aspects of customer operations and integration efforts. With experience as an Advisor for Riptide Messaging and significant leadership positions at GoGrid, ScaleArc, and ServePath, Bobby has contributed to the growth of several technology companies. Additionally, Bobby co-founded SF-Vibe Productions, enhancing the events and entertainment landscape in San Francisco, and has held project management roles at Google and AT&T. Bobby's academic background includes studies at Diablo Valley College.
