Joal Barbehenn

Joal Barbehenn serves as the Chief Operating Officer of High Enroll, LLC since September 2019, managing daily operations, go-to-market strategies, customer relations, and back-office functions. Previously, Barbehenn held roles including Vice President of Email Software Business at MessageBird, overseeing growth post-acquisition of SparkPost, and as Senior Vice President at SparkPost, leading a $40M ARR software business. With a solid legal background, Barbehenn was also a Corporate Associate at Venable LLP and a judicial clerk for the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Barbehenn holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Towson University. Additionally, Barbehenn contributed as a board member for CASA of Baltimore, focusing on advocacy for foster children.
