George Bruner

George Bruner has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2022. George started their career in 2016 as an Infantry Officer in the Texas Army National Guard, where they organized and trained a Platoon of soldiers, led security operations in response to natural disasters, and assumed responsibility for live-fire maneuvers. From 2016 to 2018, George worked as a Contracts Negotiator at Lockheed Martin, managing financial transactions and contractual changes for state-of-the-art weapon systems.

In 2019, George interned at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, where they advised a team of experts on autonomous weapon systems and provided policy recommendations regarding their production and proliferation. In 2020, George joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, coordinating acquisition programs for the United States Navy and conducting Open-Source Intelligence research projects for various Department of Defense clients.

Most recently, in 2022, George started working at Bird Rock Systems as a Project Manager.

George Bruner has a diverse educational background with a focus on project management and political science. In 2011, they enrolled in Texas Tech University and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Management in 2016. Moving on to further their education, George attended Freie Universität Berlin from 2018-2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Political Science and Government.

George's commitment to professional development is evident through their pursuit of various certifications. In 2021, they earned the Certified Open Source Intelligence Analysis certificate from McAfee Institute. Additionally, in the same year, George enrolled in the McAfee Institute to become a Certified Open Source Intelligence professional.

To enhance their project management skills, George attended Scrum Alliance in 2023 and achieved the Certified Scrum Master designation. This certification demonstrates their competency in implementing agile methodologies and overseeing successful project deliveries.
