Esteban Velez Vega

Esteban Velez Vega serves as the Operations Manager at Spin since October 2022 and has been a Board Member and Cofounder - COO of Bicycle Capital since June 2012. Previous roles include Operations Manager at EDGEof from March 2019 to May 2020, and Research Assistant for an Urban Sustainability Project in Africa at the University of Tokyo from September 2017 to March 2019. Esteban held the position of General Manager at Eltomacorriente from September 2009 to August 2015, and was a Congressman assistant in the National Congress of Colombia from June 2008 to December 2009. Esteban holds a Master in Sustainability Science from the United Nations University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor’s in Government & International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia, obtained in 2009.
