Dave Ricci has over 30 years of experience in engineering and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and Warranty at Birdair, Inc. since February 1996. Previously, Dave worked as an R&D Engineer at Olsen Hydraulics from July 1981 to November 1983 and as a Production Manager at Crest Foods from February 1977 to May 1980. Dave's educational background includes studies at SUNY-BUF from 1985 to 1987 and a degree from Cornell University from 1975 to 1979.
