Amador G Acosta is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in culinary innovation and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Culinary and Supply Chain at Birdcall since January 2023, Amador leads culinary development and operations initiatives while ensuring adherence to stringent food safety and quality standards. Previously, Amador held significant roles at Whole Foods Market as the Principal Culinary Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing culinary programs across 534 store locations, and at Altamarea Group as Corporate Executive Chef, managing the expansion from 1 to 14 restaurants, two of which received Michelin recognition. Amador's career also includes positions at various renowned establishments, demonstrating a strong foundation in culinary skills and management. Amador holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
