Head of Customer Service at Birddogs

Maggie N. has a diverse work experience. Maggie began their career in 2011 as a Professional Lifeguard with the State of New Hampshire Department of Parks and Recreation. In 2016, they held roles as a Customer Experience Team Member with Birddogs, a Line Prep Worker with Bon Me, and an Intern with Food For Free. In 2017, Maggie was promoted to Head of Customer Service with Birddogs, and then to Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Team Lead, where they were responsible for coordinating a remotely-located customer service team. In 2018, Maggie took on the role of Vocalist with Box Set Entertainment.

Maggie N. began their educational journey at Exeter High School, where they graduated with a High School degree in 2012. Maggie then attended Northfield Mount Hermon from 2012 to 2013, where they also earned a High School degree. In 2013, Maggie began their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies at Lafayette College and completed it in 2017. During their time at Lafayette College, Maggie also attended The School for Field Studies in 2015 and the School for International Training in 2016, both in the field of Environmental Studies.
