Mattan Hamou is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in performance marketing and video content strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Paid Creative at birddogs since March 2025, Mattan previously held the position of Creative Strategy Lead at TubeScience, where responsibilities included owning creative strategies for a diverse client portfolio. As Co-Founder and Director of Performance Marketing at Noire, Mattan oversaw significant ad spend and client growth while managing a team and delivering high-impact video campaigns. Prior experience includes roles such as Creative Director at First Media US, where Mattan led a profitable department, and Copywriter at TubeScience, showcasing a strong ability in video content creation and audience engagement. Mattan holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a B.S. in Cell Biology from the University of California, Davis.
