Jake Suster

Jake Suster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jake started their career at Publix Super Markets as a Front Service Clerk from December 2010 to May 2015. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Co-op at Currency Exchange International, where they created marketing campaign materials and provided online support for customers. From 2019 to 2020, Jake worked at Golf Channel as a Member Care Specialist, excelling in membership sales and training new Client Care Specialists. In 2020, they became a Marketing Manager at Full Life Direct, LLC, leading the creation of a marketing program and achieving continuous sales growth. Most recently, Jake joined Vivi in 2021 as a Sales Development Representative, where they generated Sales Qualified Leads and provided sales support. Currently, they work at Birdeye as a Business Development Representative.

Jake Suster attended Alonzo & Tracy Mourning Senior High School from 2011 to 2015, where they did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. Following their high school education, Jake attended the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2020. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Integrated Business.

In addition to their formal education, Jake obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they earned a Google Analytics Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). Furthermore, in November 2020, they obtained a Google Ad Certification from LinkedIn. Most recently, in May 2021, Jake earned an Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy.
