Misty Willard

Misty Willard serves as the Senior Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations at Birdi since February 2024. Previously, Misty held the position of Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations at Elixir from June 2015 to February 2024, where responsibilities included scaling operations, implementing process improvements, and leading a diverse team. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of CD&A and Enrollment Quality Assurance at CVS Health, overseeing quality standards for Medicare Part D operations, and a significant tenure at Omnicare as Pharmacist-In-Charge and Compliance Manager, focusing on high-volume pharmacy operations for nursing homes. Misty began the pharmacy career at CVS Pharmacy as a pharmacist and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University.
