Sharon L. Fletcher, PhD, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in healthcare and managed care. Sharon L. currently serves as the President & CEO of Birdsong Hearing Benefits and as the President of US Managed Care at Demant. Prior to these roles, they were a Special Advisor and previous President at Fluent Health from 2019 to 2021. Sharon L. also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CommunityCare HMO Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of SVP Health Network Innovation at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota from 2012 to 2016 and was the Chief Administrative Officer at Noridian Mutual from 2012 to 2016 as well. Dr. Fletcher's extensive experience in healthcare leadership positions demonstrates their expertise in the industry.

Additionally, they earned an MBA with a focus in Business, Healthcare, and Finance from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Sharon also has an M.S. in Human Resource Management from LaRoche University in Pittsburgh, PA, and a B.S. in Business Management from Point Park University, also in Pittsburgh, PA. Furthermore, Sharon completed a Finance Executive Leadership Program with a specialization in Financial Management at Cornell University.
