Carolyn Derby

Carolyn Derby has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Carolyn began their career as a Crew Member at McDonald's in 2012. In 2014, they became a Sales Representative at Club Demonstration Services. In 2015, they were a Contact Center Agent at Milestone Technologies, Inc. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at ThirdLove in various roles, including Fit Expert, Senior Customer Advocate Team Member, Customer Outreach Associate, and CX/Fit Stylist & Outreach Associate. Carolyn is currently a Social CX Community Coordinator at Birdy Grey.

Carolyn Derby graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
