Chris Brennan

Chris Brennan is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Birge & Held since January 2019, Chris previously held the position of Principal at Skyline Real Estate Investments from April 2017 to December 2018. Chris's background includes significant tenure at Aimco, where responsibilities included Vice President and Director from January 2005 to April 2017. Earlier experience involved analytical roles at Tremont Realty Capital and Apartment Realty Advisors, as well as a fund accountant position at State Street Bank. Chris Brennan holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
