Jeff Solomon

Jeff Solomon possesses extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and development, currently serving in the Acquisitions and Development role at Birge & Held since 2019, where responsibilities include identifying and negotiating the purchase of real estate assets and land. Prior to this, Solomon held the position of Senior Vice President at ECD Company, Inc./SMASHotels from October 2014 to 2019, overseeing new build developments and hotel renovations. Previous roles include President of OLT Holdings LTD from January 2010 to September 2014, focusing on equity trading, and Owner Representative/Senior Project Manager at ECD Company, Inc. from September 2004 to January 2010. Additionally, Solomon was the Owner/Developer/Operator of Vichayito Bungalows de Playa from August 1997 to October 2007, where the acquisition, development, and operation of a beachfront resort in Peru took place. Solomon earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from Tulane University between 1986 and 1990.
