Jake Smith

Jake Smith has extensive experience in real estate development and acquisitions, currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Woodbury Corporation since November 2015. His career at Woodbury includes roles as Director of Development for Multifamily and Mixed-Use projects, as well as various positions within Development and Real Estate Private Equity Groups. In addition, Jake is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Development at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business since June 2023. Previous experience includes a Senior Analyst role at Zions Bank and Assurance Services at PwC. Jake holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
