Sadie Flynn

Sadie Flynn, SHRM-CP is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Birge & Held. Prior to this role, Sadie gained extensive experience in HR positions at the State of Indiana, including serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Director for multiple agencies. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Indiana University, Sadie has developed a strong foundation in HR practices and has a history of handling employee relations, training, onboarding, and organizational change initiatives. Sadie's previous roles as a Human Resources Intern, Receptionist, Senior Sales Associate, and Customer Engagement Specialist have provided their with a well-rounded skill set to excel in their current HR managerial role.
