Laura Will has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently holding the position of Senior Manager DTC Buying Merchandise & Allocation at BIRKENSTOCK since August 2019. Responsibilities include efficient order and delivery management for online and retail channels, identifying optimization potential, and implementing process improvements, while coordinating with various departments such as returns and logistics.
