Thomas Fischer is a seasoned sourcing professional with extensive experience in the materials and chemicals sector. Currently serving as the Head of Sourcing Synthetics & Chemicals at BIRKENSTOCK since November 2020, Thomas Fischer specializes in the sourcing of various materials including rubber, TPU, EVA outsoles, EVA granules, PUR, and adhesives.
