Quint Campbell has extensive experience in marketing management, beginning as Production Manager at Rankin Publishing from January 1993 to January 1995, where responsibilities included producing trade magazines and maintaining the company computer network. Subsequently, Quint served as Marketing Manager at Rural King Supply from January 1995 to August 1997, managing a $1 million ad budget and contributing to the company's growth from eight to twelve locations through innovative marketing strategies, including an e-commerce website and newspaper campaigns. Since September 1997, Quint has held the position of Marketing Manager at Birkey's Farm Store, Inc., where a marketing department was established from scratch, aiding the company's transformation from a small retailer to a prominent player in agricultural and construction equipment. Quint holds a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from Eastern Illinois University.

The Birkey’s network serves the Illinois communities of Annawan, Arthur, Bloomington, Casey, Galesburg, Gibson City, Henry, Hoopeston, Macomb, Mattoon, Newton, Oakland, Polo, Prophetstown, Shelbyville, and Urbana, as well as Williamsport, IN.
