Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain is a seasoned executive in the real estate sector with extensive experience in P&L management and business development. As Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Birla Estates since June 2016, Gaurav plays a pivotal role in overseeing the residential and commercial portfolio across key markets in India. Prior to this, Gaurav served as Business Head for North at Godrej Properties Limited, managing multiple projects with substantial revenue potential. Additional leadership roles include National Sales Head at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., Deputy Business Head for the Mumbai Portfolio at Godrej Properties, and experience in business development at Unitech Group. Gaurav holds a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and is currently enrolled in the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
