Prerna S has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Prerna began their career as an intern at CNBC-TV18 in 2007. Prerna then joined the CK Birla Group in 2008, starting as a Senior Manager and eventually progressing to Deputy General Manager. Prerna joined Birla Fertility and IVF in 2021, initially as the Head of Human Resources and later promoted to Vice President.
Prerna S has a diverse education history. Prerna obtained a Masters degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Delhi University, graduating with a 1st Division. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. (H) in Psychology at Jesus and Mary College, also achieving a 1st Division. Prerna also holds a Class 12 degree in Commerce with Maths from Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj. In 2020, they completed an Organisation Development Certificate Program at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Prerna has obtained certifications in Hogan Assessment from ThreeFish Consulting India and in DISC and MBTI from Thomas International and Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt Ltd, respectively.
