Manisha Joshi

Manisha Joshi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Lead HR for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development at Birla White since March 2021. Prior to this role, Manisha was with UltraTech Cement from July 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, as well as serving as an HR Business Partner for the Manufacturing Vertical. Earlier in the career at Tata Consultancy Services, a Systems Engineer role was held from June 2008 to April 2011. Manisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from ICFAI University, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Telecommunications from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, earned in 2008.
