Arunava Bhattacharjee has extensive work experience in the field of talent supply chain and human resources. Arunava is currently working as the SVP & Global Head of Talent Supply Chain at Birlasoft. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Advisor & Management Consultant. Arunava has also held positions such as Vice President & Head of Talent Supply at Ness Digital Engineering and Assistant Vice President - HR at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Arunava has a strong background in workforce planning and management, and has held various leadership roles in talent supply chain. Arunava's career began with roles at DSQ Software Limited, Duncans Software, Chokhani International Ltd, and India Steamship Limited, where they gained experience in personnel and HR management.

Arunava Bhattacharjee has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. Arunava also has a Diploma in Social Work - Labour Welfare from the University of Calcutta, as well as a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from the same university.
