Parul Pathak

Parul Pathak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate operations and user services. Since July 2018, Parul has held the position of Director at Birlasoft, progressing from the role of Associate Director within the same company. Prior to Birlasoft, Parul worked at Tata Communications from November 2015 to June 2018 as Manager of End User Services. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Aricent from September 2005 to October 2015 and a technical support position at HCL Technologies. Parul holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completing the degree in 2011, and also has a qualification from Edexcel (London) earned between 2000 and 2003.
