Pranay Raj Khambam

Pranay Raj Khambam is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in human resource management, currently serving as a Senior Executive - HR Business Partner in the Life Sciences and Services Unit at Birlasoft since May 2022. In this role, Pranay successfully developed and implemented a Reward and Recognition program and collaborated with business teams to create effective human capital strategies. Previously, as a Management Trainee Executive in the ERP Unit at Birlasoft, Pranay restructured the separation process and addressed complex HR issues and associate engagement. Pranay's earlier experience includes an internship at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., where responsibilities involved conducting research on recruitment processes and actively participating in a recruitment drive, evaluating over 500 applications, sourcing more than 1000 candidates, and onboarding over 300 employees. Pranay holds a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans Vivekananda College.
