Pratul Chopra

Pratul Chopra has a diverse work experience in various industries. Pratul currently serves as the Global Head of Digital & Cloud BFSI at Birlasoft since May 2023. Before joining Birlasoft, they worked as the EVP, Head of Business & CDO at a confidential company from October 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Incedo Inc., where they served as the Head of Telecom, Head Digital Design & Engineering from May 2021 to October 2022, and as the SVP, Head - Digital and Analytics from September 2018 to April 2021. Pratul also worked at Flipkart as the VP - Customer Experience Design from December 2017 to August 2018, and as the VP - Strategy Deployment from February 2017 to June 2018. Pratul is also the Founder and CEO of iShareRyde, a technology-driven solution for daily commuting, from January 2015 to January 2017. Pratul started their career at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where they held various roles including Head - Marketing Analytics & Planning, Member - India Leadership Team from January 2012 to January 2015, Head - Program Management Office, Member - India Leadership Team from August 2010 to December 2011, and Associate Director - Customer Service Operations and Projects from July 2007 to July 2010. Prior to Fidelity Worldwide Investment, they worked at Fidelity International in leadership roles in Technology Development and Change Programs from October 2002 to June 2006. Pratul began their career at HCL Technologies as a Project Leader from May 1999 to September 2002.

Pratul Chopra completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1993 to 1997. Pratul then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy, Marketing, and Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1997 to 1999.
