Ram Jagadeesan

Ram Jagadeesan currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Birlasoft since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ram held the position of Vice President - Head of Global Operations at Ciklum from November 2021 to December 2024. Ram's extensive experience at Cognizant spanned over 16 years, with titles such as Sr. Director of Americas Delivery Operations and Regional Delivery Centers, Chief of Staff in the Office of the COO, and various roles in corporate and human resources. Early career highlights include positions at Intelligroup as a Senior Business Development Executive, iGATE as a Senior Executive in Sales Support, and several roles within Pentasoft. Ram holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor of Engineering from RV College of Engineering. Additionally, Ram is currently pursuing further education at Wharton Online.
