Sarita Dash

Sarita Dash is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Birlasoft since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sarita held positions at Brillio as Global Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, focusing on sales, leadership, and technology hiring, and worked as a freelance recruitment process outsourcing professional. Previous experiences include leadership roles in talent acquisition at LiquidHub and Birlasoft, as well as experience in recruitment and research at US Tech Solutions and Heidrick and Struggles. Sarita began a career in sales at Convergys and holds a B.Com degree in Commerce from Rourkela Municipal College, complemented by foundational education at Montfort School Complex and Utmal English Primary School.
