Shefali Tiwari

Shefali Tiwari is currently a Senior Principal Consultant at Birlasoft since December 2023 and serves as a Visiting Faculty in Strategy/Marketing at the National Institute of Design since August 2021. Previously, Shefali held visiting faculty positions in Marketing Management at IILM from November 2022 to October 2023 and in Marketing at FDDI from August 2021 to July 2022. From July 2012 to January 2016, Shefali worked as the Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing at Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included developing marketing strategy and managing marketing P&L, contributing to the company's launch across India. Earlier roles include Group Product Manager/Head of Marketing for UCB from June 2006 to March 2010, overseeing key brands in the Primary Care Vertical, and a series of product management positions for various companies from July 1999 to May 2006. Shefali holds a degree in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a degree in Technology of Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
