Vikram Chandna

Vikram Chandna has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT and financial services industry. Vikram currently holds the position of SVP & Global Head, BFSI and Geo Head, LATAM at Birlasoft, where they lead the banking, financial services, and insurance business globally and oversees the operations in Latin America. Vikram has achieved significant growth in the business and successfully set up a new delivery center in Mexico and expanded operations in Brazil.

Prior to their current role, Chandna served as Vice President, Financial Services at Capgemini. Vikram played a key role in establishing the global FS unit in Cloud Infrastructure Services and Cybersecurity for Financial Services. Vikram also contributed to the growth of the cloud business in Capgemini through various roles and responsibilities, including being a member of the FS Cloud COE and executive sponsor for AWS.

Before Capgemini, Chandna worked at Wipro Technologies, where they held various positions, including Vice President: Latin America (Financial Services) and Citigroup. Vikram was responsible for managing Wipro's relationship with Citigroup globally and establishing the BFSI business in Latin America. Vikram also played a pivotal role in the InfoSERVER acquisition by Wipro in Brazil.

Chandna's work experience also includes their tenure at OpSource Inc. as Director of Operations: India, where they set up and grew the India operations. Vikram successfully transitioned support and operations activities to an offshore delivery model and built a strong team.

Their early career at Microland Limited involved various roles, including Business Manager - RIM and Technical Support. Vikram achieved significant revenue growth, acquired new clients in the US market, and successfully shifted the focus from product to services business in the area of Information Security.

In 2019 to 2020, they completed a Certificate Program in Digital Leadership at eCornell. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Business Leadership Program from Wipro Corporate HRD in 2008 and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute from 2006 to 2012.
