Melissa McPherson

Melissa McPherson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Practitioner at Birmingham Children's Trust since April 2018. Prior to this role, Melissa worked for Birmingham City Council from May 2001 to April 2018, holding various positions including HR Adviser and Principal Recruitment Officer. Earlier career experience includes a role as Personnel Assistant at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and accounts assistant at Transco. Melissa holds a CIPD professional qualification from Solihull College and a Bachelor of Arts in Combined Studies (Business Administration and Geography) from the University of Leicester, complemented by 'A' Levels in English Literature, Geography, and French from Solihull Sixth Form College.
