Simon Hill

Simon Hill has extensive experience in talent recruitment and management within football organizations. Since May 2018, Simon has held multiple roles at Birmingham City FC, currently serving as the Head of Emerging Talent, having previously worked as the Academy Recruitment Officer, Academy Partnerships & Talent Centres Manager, Academy Senior Scout, and Local Scout. Prior to this, Simon founded and served as Chairman of West Worcester FC from May 2016 to April 2023, demonstrating a commitment to developing football talent at both the local and academy levels.
