The Leadership Team at Birmingham City FC is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the club and ensuring operational excellence across all divisions. Comprised of key executives including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Marketing and Brand Officer, the team oversees financial management, day-to-day operations, marketing initiatives, and brand development to drive the Club's success both on and off the field.
