Nicola Vaughan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management, digital marketing, and social media strategy. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Brand and Creative Marketing at Birmingham City University since January 2019, Nicola previously played a pivotal role at Coventry University from January 2013 to December 2018, leading web content and social media initiatives, and overseeing the development of a new website. Earlier career roles include Social Media Executive at Percepta and various positions at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where customer service and team management were key responsibilities.
