Olga Bassoli

Olga Bassoli has extensive work experience in finance and financial transformation roles. Olga currently serves as the Head of Financial Systems at Birmingham City University since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Finance Reporting and Solutions at Interserve starting in May 2020. Olga also held the position of Finance Transformation Manager (Interim) at Infosys BPM from November 2019 to May 2020. Olga has also worked as a Finance Transformation Consultant (Interim) at Waterlogic UK & IE and as an eCommerce Finance Lead (Interim) at Jaguar Land Rover. Additionally, they served as the Head of Finance Transformation (Interim) at Gowling WLG. Before these roles, Olga worked at IBM as an Associate Partner, where they were responsible for the sale and delivery of Oracle Hyperion EPM and BI solutions. Olga also worked at Atos as an Associate Partner, focusing on Financial Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting solutions. Olga began their career at IBM as a Management Consultant and later worked as a Financial Controller at Smith & Nephew.

Olga Bassoli has a university degree in foreign languages from Università degli Studi di Milano. Olga also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from Saint Xavier University. In addition, they have completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) program.
