Eric Avila

Eric Avila has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer. Eric started their career in 2008 in Major League Soccer as a Professional Soccer Player. Eric played for the league until 2015. In 2015, they also had a brief stint in Liga Bancomer MX as a Professional Soccer Player. The following year, they played in the North American Soccer League (NASL) as a Professional Soccer Player. From 2017 to 2022, they played in the United Soccer League (USL) in the same role. In 2022, they joined Birmingham Legion FC as the Academy Director and Head Coach, also serving as the First Team Assistant.

Eric Avila attended UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Sociology. At this time, they did not complete a degree.
